All was good until the storm hit Dubai and flooding created havoc in the area and flooded inside the hotel right upto the dinning area. Hotel was totally unprepared and untrained to handle the chaos. They need emergency handling training.

I stayed 7 nights in this hotel with my wife and children 13 & 17, during the last the days of Ramadan and Eid. Before we arrived at the hotel i asked for an interconnecting room after booking, cause there was not such an option at booking.com. We arrived around 3 AM, Mr. Moestapha and Mr. Nour checked us in. I explained them the situation and they where really helpful to gave us an interconnecting room. The location is very central , metro , mall , shops , restaurants, markets everything is walking distance. Hotel and rooms are very clean and you will see 24/7 staff cleaning the property. Hotel parking is available and free. The staff was very kind even they where very busy because of Eid. Breakfast is good / ok. Maybe a little bit more variety. read some negative reviews but our experience was amazing. t depends on how / and what you want to see. Price / Quality more than worth it.

Location it is walking distance from the mall of emirates and a central location to most of Dubais tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants around it and supermarkets and pharmacies

Mr. Basher at the Reception was an extremely amiable and friendly person. We have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn multiple times and the service is always better than earlier. Mr Faizan is one of the best concierge services available and at par with the concierge team the Atlantis the Palm.

We loved the breakfast. You can make waffles by yourself . Coffee was tasty. 5 minutes walk to the mall of Emirates. They didnt ignore our request and we got interconnected rooms. But

The thing with Hilton hotels is they always make u feel at home!! The breakfast buffet was amazing and cordial staff! Efficient room service! heated pool! All things to make a family stay comfortable.we had the king suite! Just perfect!
